Hi, my name is Hayley and I have been teaching yoga since 2014. My passion is in creating a positive change in the world through sharing the power of yoga with all who join me through Bliss Mission

Yoga doesn’t have to be practiced on a mat wearing sports gear. Yoga is a vast and diverse tradition for holistic well-being.

Bliss Boosts for your team

Whether you are looking for a calming welcome to reduce anxiety and break the ice, or a motivating positive boost of energy to energise the team, I can tailor for any situation. I am adaptable and will read the room to deliver what is needed for the group.

‘Yoga Experiences tailored to your teams needs’

 

Corporate Yoga
In this session the team had just arrived from various locations, meeting each other for the first time,

I opened the space for them with a calming breathing exercise to reduce anxiety and arrive in the room feeling more present, grounded, centered and focused for the day.

Typical classes I offer:

 

  • Bliss Boosts: 15 minute boosts to focus, calm and awaken the team to have a positive day. 

 

  • Chair Yoga: Seated and standing movements synchronised with the breath to create a moving meditation. Breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation (suitable in office attire)

 

  • Akhanda Yoga: A typical yoga class with asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation to access a  state of blissful awareness.

 

  • Meditation: Stay seated in your chair as I guide you through a relaxing meditation with techniques to build your self practice, improving concentration and clarity.
