Class and Event Bookings:
When booking classes/events your spaces can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before the class/event, not 15 – 20 minutes as the instructor needs time to set up the room. You are welcome to wait outside of the room until I open the doors.
Please be aware that if you arrive one minute after the allocated time for the class/event to begin, you will not be able to enter the room and/or take part in the class/event, in this case there will be no refund.
Phones must be placed on silent or flight mode during all classes/events.
Bliss Mission reserves the right to cancel any class/event up to the start time. In this case a full refund will be given.
Classes/events are subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Bookings are made through the Bliss Mission Website.
Classes/events require five or more people in order to take place
Private Yoga Sessions:
Must be booked and paid for in advance. No refund is offered for cancellations within 24 hours of session time.
When booking six sessions Bliss Mission will allow for one session to be rescheduled under the premises that notification is received and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Bliss Mission reserves the right to cancel any sessions up to the start time. In this case, a full refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a class/event/session will be refunded.
Any cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the course/event will be non refundable.

Details of classes/events/sessions and locations are displayed on the website and/or sent via email. In the event of Bliss Mission cancelling classes/events/sessions you will be notified via the email address given on booking.
Health
Attendees with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should consult their doctor prior to commencing physical activity. Attendees must notify the instructor of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued use of Bliss Missions services.
Important Liability Statement
The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at Bliss Mission do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that the services offered are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.
In consideration of Bliss Mission accepting a person as an attendee, the attendee agrees that:
Bliss Mission is not responsible for any injuries suffered by the attendee caused whole or in part by the attendees failure to approach the class/event/session in a safe manner or by any physical impairment which is not fully disclosed to Bliss Mission in writing.
It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this website (and provided by us to you as part of any Services) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you and your legal representatives may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this website or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.
Bliss Mission is not responsible for loss or damage to an attendees personal belongings.
You, your legal representatives release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Bliss Mission for any mental, emotional or physical injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Services” means any information and services ordered and/or provided by Bliss Mission through or via the Site. Any electronic information supplied to you by Bliss Mission will constitute part of “Service” and cancellation rights will apply accordingly.
