Tuesdays at 7am : Classical Surya Namaskar

This ashram style class is a disciplined early morning yoga practice with six rounds of Classical Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Chandrasana (Moon pose) and various asana (poses), savasana (relaxation) and meditation to end the experience feeling calmer, clearer, brighter and energised for the day!







Thursdays at 6.30pm : Akhanda Yoga

This class will help you to clear the energetic pathways in the body that hold the potential for profound wellness. You can stretch and strengthen the body as you peacefully flow through poses with focus on prana (vital energy), improve your lung capacity, open your heart and clear your mind.



Sundays at 5.55pm : Healing Meditation Circle

‘Uplifting each other and Meditating together’

These circles are a space to share, heal, uplift, let go of the past, let go of the future, become present, meditate and raise your vibration in a loving space. We are in the midst of three powerful Eclipses from June 5th to July 5th. It’s a transformative time for us all, so I’ve created this online space for you to connect with like minded souls, clear your energy/emotional body, calm your nervous system/physical body and focus your mind for greater clarity and peace.
