Tuesdays at 10.00am 

Each class has a specific theme with a holistic, traditional and spiritual experience to deepen your connection with yourself through the ancient art of hatha and tantric kundalini yoga. These classes have a balance of mindfulness, breathing, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, mantra and meditation. I tune into the collective energy of the group to deliver what is needed at the time. Akhanda Yoga allows for variety in each class. The purpose is to create balance and harmony on all levels of our being. Classes can vary from a slow, deep yin practice to a strong kundalini practice. My aim is to maintain balance for my students on and off of the mat by offering all that is needed for a balanced yoga practice.

An interactive membership space with yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and community interaction with teacher and students.

All live yoga classes – Held on zoom twice a week.

Yoga class replays – A library full of yoga classes and advice. You can access your favourite practices anytime.

Talk with the teacher – An interactive space to ask questions and receive personalised guidance.

Our Monthly Membership site is hosted by Patreon. This is a really neat platform for us to connect again as a community – online. I will be uploading each class to the members only space, where they will be stored for you to access anytime. We can interact in comments, and I can share posts, audios and videos. This platform gives us lots of flexibility to connect again and continue to grow together

Classes when we return to our venues

Tuesdays at 7.30pm – 8.30pm : Bliss Yoga at Rob John Hall, Narborough

When we can return to the hall…. I shall re-introduce you to your practice with a balance of mindfulness, breathing, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, mantra and meditation. Akhanda Yoga is designed to clear the energetic pathways in the body, elevate your mind and open you heart to more joy, love and bliss. Each class covers the physical body with stretching and strengthening poses, the emotional self has space to process and the mind has an opportunity to be trained to concentrate which allows for meditation to naturally occur. My aim is to create a balanced practice for you to feel calm and uplifted, and strong and peaceful; on and off of your mat. Yoga transforms our lives, it is much more than exercise.
